Marietta Recycling offers complete services for all types of clients. We work with demolition contractors, manufacturers, fabricators and many other industries. Whether your recycling needs are big or small, simple or complex we are ready to serve.
We pay top prices for all types of metals. Copper, Aluminum, Brass, electric and communication wire, stainless steel, etc. can all be brought into our facility. Some material may need to be analyzed and graded with our state of the art equipment, or if over sized, may need special handling. Please call if there are special questions or concerns.
Client Services for the customer who prefers to deliver their scrap to us.
Marietta Recycling has one of the most user friendly drives in services in the business. Everything we do is geared towards making it safe, simple and quick for the customer who prefers to deliver their scrap to us.
First time customers- Please come to our customer service window to set up an account and get your customer identification card before you unload. After you receive your customer identification number please follow the simple steps each time you deliver your scrap. This system is set up to get our customers in and out quickly and efficiently.
Ferrous or Steel Customers- Drive onto our truck scale and pull up to the speaker. The scale operator will ask you for your customer number. After you give the scale operator your customer number please pull forward to the steel yard (straight ahead). Once you are in the steel area you will be directed as to where to unload. If the customer needs assistance unloading we have staff in the unloading area to assist you. After your steel is unloaded please pull back onto the truck scale to the speaker and wait for the scale operator to ask for your customer number. After giving the scale operator your customer number please pull and park in the customer parking area. Go to the customer window and give the cashier your customer number and in a brief moment you will have your money and the documentation for the load.
Nonferrous or Aluminum, Copper etc customers- Back up to our nonferrous unloading area (directly across from the truck scale). There are plenty of bins and carts available for your convenience to put your scrap in. If you need assistance unloading please ask!! After unloading your scrap please take it to our scale operator. Please give your customer number and tag number to the scale operator. After the scale operator finishes weighing all of your scrap go to the cashier window and get paid!
Customers who have both ferrous and nonferrous- Please inform the scale operator upon arrival that you have both ferrous and nonferrous scrap on your load. After notifying the scale operator please proceed with unloading as documented above. Your ticket will be broken up into two categories ferrous and non-ferrous and paid for accordingly.
